Karriere bei BECK

Rund 200 Mitarbeiter:innen – darunter 20 Auszubildende – verantworten am Standort Winterlingen die Bereiche Produktion und Vertrieb von Mehrschneiden-Reibahlen. Die Werkzeuge werden über das weltweite MAPAL Netzwerk sowie im Handel vertrieben.

Eine fundierte Aus- und Weiterbildung und technologisch anspruchsvolle Arbeitsaufgaben sowie die langfristige Bindung an das Unternehmen sind für den Standort Winterlingen wesentliche Pfeiler der Personalpolitik.

BECK on the road

BECK geht neue Wege bei der Suche nach zukünftigen Mitarbeitern. Seit kurzem tourt ein Linienbus mit Motiven zum Unternehmen durch den Zollernalbkreis. BECK verbindet die Kampagne mit einem Appell an Ausbildungsinteressierte und Fachkräfte, die sich neu orientierten wollen. „Jetzt einsteigen“ und „Jetzt umsteigen“ heißt es auf den großflächigen Bildformaten, die viel positive Resonanz erfahren und den Bus zu einem echten Hingucker im Straßenbild machen. 

Wir wollen die Menschen und unser Unternehmen zusammenbringen. Deshalb haben wir uns zu dieser kreativen Maßnahme mit dem ÖPNV Albstadt entschlossen. Alle beteiligten Mitarbeiter haben bei der Umsetzung der Idee eine tolle Arbeit geleistet. Durch die Kampagne erhalten wir viel Aufmerksamkeit und erreichen eine breite Zielgruppe“, freut sich Frank Dreher, Geschäftsführer von BECK, über die erfolgreich angelaufene Werbeaktion.

Health measures

We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.

We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.

On top of this, our employees can attend seminars and workshops on the topics of ergonomics at the workplace, exercise, nutrition and stress management.

Parking lot
Our employees can park their vehicles or bicycles on our premises free of charge. There are plenty of places available.

JobBike
We offer our employees the opportunity to lease a high-quality bicycle or pedelec. The conditions are favourable because the monthly instalments are financed by deferred compensation. This saves taxes. The bike can be used both for commuting to work and for leisure. At the end of the three-year leasing period, the bike can be returned or taken over at its residual value.
